  • At Business Breakthrough Therapy, you get the best of a seasoned business coach, life coach, and therapist all in one results oriented coach-therapist who understands you, and how you think!

  • Coaching sessions are focused on you and your objectives. We're here to listen, guide, give you tools that you can use immediately, and keep things moving forward. We won’t waste your time. We care about you and your outcome, so if something’s not working, we shift gears.

  • Honest, direct conversations are a priority at Business Breakthrough Therapy. At the beginning of our work together, we will have a short ‘mutual expectations’ discussion. One of the expectations we will cover is the level of directness you are comfortable with… from sugar-coating everything (which I won’t be able to do for you) to brutally honest (which might be too much), or on the gauge somewhere between the two extremes (which I prefer).

  • We teach competencies based on your natural behavior style, areas of giftedness, and unique circadian rhythm among other things. For example, we take into account that a spatial thinker might view time differently than a linear thinker.

  • There is no minimum commitment. You get to choose which plan is best for you.

    The lowest amount of commitment would be to sign up for one single session at a time. The single session plan is labeled ‘One Month, One Session Plan.’

  • We focus on both mindset shifts and tactical actions. That is the beauty of working with a Business Breakthrough Therapy coach-therapist. Mindset shifts help with making tactical changes more seamless.

  • At Business Breakthrough Therapy we measure progress by setting measurable goals and seeking evidence of positive change and growth. The metrics we look for are fully dependent upon your objectives. Change is exponential and moves faster as you are able to acknowledge and build upon what is working.

  • Although many of our clients have experienced amazing change in just one session, the typical timeline to begin seeing change is within the first two or three sessions. This is why we recommend that you sign up for at least 2 sessions per month.

  • Yes, when it is beneficial toward your coach-therapy goals, we will create clear action items to help you move forward more quickly and easily.

  • There are a multitude of stress reducing techniques available that we can use. The ones we use, and teach you to use moving forward will be very individualized to you, taking into consideration what has and hasn’t worked for you in the past. If there is an underlying experience that is causing you to have an overabundance of stress, then we will identify and remove or heal that stressor.

  • We take a multiple lane approach to erase self-condemnation. Typically, we will begin by identifying factors that have contributed to focusing on your weak areas, heal those factors with fierce forgiveness, or other as exercises as indicated, and redirect your focus toward your strengths…. which is where the majority of your thoughts and actions should dwell. This will include identifying and collecting evidence of your positive qualities and successes. Ultimately, you’ll be able to tactically acknowledge and get comfortable with your weaker areas as well.

  • Very accessible. We will do our best to schedule extra sessions when you need them for issues that come up.

  • With the combined coach-therapist skills at Business Breakthrough Therapy, we are able to both address underlying patterns that create unnecessary stress, and focus on coping strategies.

  • In the world of science, ‘The Universe Strives For Balance’ is one of the fundamental guiding principles of the universe. ‘The Universe Is Balanced’ isn’t a thing. Living organisms constantly adjust internal conditions to maintain stability for survival, mirroring cosmic balance. The philosophy here is to work both to achieve and maintain a balanced life to varying prioritized degrees as life happens. And just as some part of the universe is always teetering and righting itself, we as the human part of this universe should never berate ourselves for not having achieved a final completely balanced work-life state. Work is part of life and life takes a lot of work sometimes. The focus should be on setting healthy boundaries for yourself, creating systems to make balance easier, seeking accountability, then making natural adjustments to stay on course. And while you’re at it, enjoying the heck out of every minute possible in both your work and personal life!

  • The most frequently scheduled plans are 2 or 3 sessions per month; during either the first and third weeks per month or first, second, and third weeks per month respectively. Although the duration of each session is approximately 45 minutes, we request that you set aside an hour in your schedule so that the last 15 minutes or so of that hour, after the session ends, are available for you to begin taking action, process information, and/or time block any assignments or commitments you’ve made during the session.

  • Business Breakthrough Therapy offers a no-strings-attached 20 to 30 minute trial session to determine whether you and your coach-therapist are a good fit and whether this type of coaching is best for you. Or, if you prefer a full session, you can simply pay for a single session. At the pricing page, this would be the ‘One Month, One Session’ plan.

  • We request that you give at least 5 hours notice of a cancellation, but if that is not possible, then even a few minutes notice is better than nothing. We recommend for your benefit that you reschedule instead. To avoid paying for a session that you don’t use, you’ll want to reschedule that session for another that is within the same month if possible. We will do our best to accommodate a reschedule for you, as we know from our own experience how much a high achievers schedule can fluctuate.
